Troubleshooting

Fix common issues with setup, publishing, account access, and profile updates.

If something is not working the way you expect, this page covers the most common Introlo issues and the fastest ways to fix them.

My profile changes are not showing up

If your updates are not visible on your live page, make sure you published after making changes. Studio updates do not automatically change your live profile until you publish the latest version.

I cannot publish my profile

If publishing does not work, review your profile for anything unfinished or invalid. Then try again after confirming your key profile details, links, and content blocks are in place.

Quick things to try first

  • Refresh the page
  • Publish again after making changes
  • Open the page in your regular browser
  • Try the latest password reset link
  • Check your profile on mobile and desktop
  • Remove anything unfinished or outdated

If something feels broken, test your live profile as a visitor would. That often makes the issue easier to spot.
