Get back into your account and solve common sign-in issues.

If you are having trouble signing in, resetting your password, or getting back into your account, this page will help you understand the most common issues and what to do next.

Common reasons you may not be able to log in

  • You entered the wrong email or password
  • You have not finished account setup yet
  • Your reset link expired or did not open correctly
  • You are trying to sign in from an older browser or in-app browser
  • You requested a password reset but did not complete it

How to reset your password

If you forgot your password, use the reset option on the login page. You will receive an email with a link to create a new password and regain access to your account.

Tips for smoother sign-in

  • Use the same email you signed up with
  • Open the newest password reset email
  • Avoid using older reset links
  • Try your regular browser if the flow feels broken in another app
  • Check your spam or promotions folder if the email does not arrive
If a reset email arrives but the link does not behave the way you expect, request a fresh one before trying again.
